About Pro Se Mediation
Mediation is always a great alternative for couples contemplating divorce that have already decided many of the issues between them and just need a few issues resolved and the proper agreements prepared.
Many lawyers are also mediators and most mediators are Florida Supreme Court Certified. Ms. Saltzman is a Florida Supreme Court Family Law Certified Mediator and will help Pro Se couples (couples without attorneys) in seeking a divorce.
Mediators cannot give legal advice or later represent one of the parties in litigation. Ms. Saltzman handles her mediation practice through her mediation firm Choice Mediations, LLC.
